Delivery Information

When will my package arrive?

We proudly create and embroider all of our items in our shop in Allen, TX USA !

Each embroidery is made just for you, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing time before counting in shipping time.

You can select shipping methods and shipping upgrades during check out. Delivery times is an estimate but not guaranteed. Please note that USPS only guarantees Priority Mail EXPRESS shipping.

All requests for a quicker arrival date put in the checkout notes will be ignored and orders will be produced according to the production times/shipping options you chose at checkout.

During the holidays shipping can take longer due to high volumes.

I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?

Unfortunately we can not guarantee a shipping address change. Please contact us as soon as possible to request order cancellation. Please note – if you reach out after the 2nd business day of production we most likely won’t be able cancel the order.

My package has been shipped, but I provided an old address. What should I do?

Once an item is marked as shipped, the label for your order has already been purchased, and it’s on its way to the post office. Your best course of action is to contact your post office or visit their website to inquire about a package intercept. Provide them with your tracking number located on your receipt.

I checked my tracking and noticed my package is being returned. Can you resend it to the correct address?

If the address is undeliverable, the package will be returned to us. You’ll have the option to pay for new shipping to the correct address; however, previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the package arrives back to us, we’ll reach out to you regarding purchasing a new shipping label.
